Designers have done their best to maintain the integrity of the building and decorate according to our history. Highlighting the homes original woodworking, grand pocket doors, custom radiators, maintained fireplace, grand staircase, wooden shutters and Bridgford Co heating oven, there are many elements that make the space beautiful and historic.
The elegant wallpaper design and sparkling chandeliers are an added enhancement to the historic charm and welcome your guests back in time. There isn’t much needed to decorate this space because it speaks for itself.
The house level of the venue is perfect to welcome your guests into your event or host a large cocktail hour between your ceremony and reception. We suggest standing room and pub tops, a satellite bar in one of the elegant rooms and appetizer station in another room, creating a flow for your guests to mingle and admire the full space.
The Large Parlor can accommodate up to fifty guests seated at round tables for a rehearsal dinner, baby shower, wedding shower, birthday or graduation while still leaving space for a buffet and bar in adjacent rooms.

The space heading out to the mezzanine allows for one of the best seats in the house, eye level to the stunning chandelier and affording a bird’s eye view of the main event space. The mezzanine allows for seven round tables: the perfect additional space to seat guests as part of a 250-person wedding looking down at the dance floor.
As we make our way down the large staircase into the main event space, it’s difficult to choose the star of the show… the breathtaking crystal chandelier hanging from our unique diamond patterned ceiling, the back lit liquor display case behind the built-in bar where our friendly staff prepares your guests favorite drinks, the exceptional finished speckled flooring that is perfect for your first dance. The main space can be arranged with twenty round tables with room for a buffet, dance floor, DJ set up, cake table and photo station; hosting your event may require a few add-ons and we have the experience to lay it out accordingly.
We also include a prep space for your preferred caterer to utilize with refrigeration, freezer, water, and ice.
Newly renovated, clean restrooms are located on the house and main levels for your guests to utilize. There is a handicap accessible entrance at the side of the venue for any guests that need access as well as forty-nine parking spaces available to you on-site and ample easy and free street parking, (and yes, those who have partied a little too hard are encouraged to leave their car.)
