Mansion 1886 can host up to 240 guests in the Ballroom and Mezzanine event spaces combined. For smaller gatherings, the Mansion Rooms on the house level can accommodate up to 50 guests, making them ideal for meetings, showers, and intimate celebrations. 

Mansion 1886 hosts a variety of events, including weddings, corporate events, nonprofit fundraisers, galas, private celebrations, and milestone gatherings such as anniversaries and birthday parties. The venue’s historic charm and flexible event spaces make it suitable for both large and intimate events. 

We have have a range of options, from an all inclusive package to solely a room rental - We take pride in offering each client a unique experience. If you want to walk in and have everything handled or you just want us to open the venue door we can be involved in as little of as much as you want. 

Venue rentals typically include tables, chairs, and event setup, along with access to the built-in bar, catering prep space, and event areas throughout the mansion. Additional upgrades such as linens, centerpieces, and extended hours may also be available. 

Popular dates, especially for weddings and holiday events, can book quickly. It is recommended to schedule a tour and reserve your date as early as possible to ensure availability. 

Yes, additional set up time can be added for $125 per hour and event time can be added for $250. Adding event time can also add bar and staffing costs. 

Rehearsals can be reserved 14 days in advance, there is a $100 rehearsal fee for a 1 hour window. 

50% of your venue rental is due at signing with your signed contract. This secures your event date! The balance of your full invoice is due 30 days prior to your event date. Events booked within 30 days of their event date are due in full. You can make payments at your convenience with our online system by card or ACH, you can mail in a check or drop off cash. 

Mansion 1886 is required to provide all alcohol and to be purchased and served through our licensed bar staff. We have a number of packages for your event and can provide a variety of options for your guests to enjoy. 

Bar staff stops serving alcoholic beverages 30 minutes prior to the end of your event time. Mansion 1886 can stop serving alcohol to any person or at any time at staffs discretion. 

Yes. Mansion 1886 has an open vendor policy, allowing you to work with the caterers, photographers, DJs, and other professionals of your choice. Vendors not on our preferred list may simply need to provide the appropriate licensing and insurance before the event. 

The venue has 49 parking spaces on-site and there is plenty of street parking for your guests. 

Yes. Mansion 1886 provides a handicap-accessible entrance to ensure all guests can comfortably attend events at the venue.

Yes. Private tours are available by appointment. During your tour, a member of the Mansion 1886 team will walk you through the venue, discuss your event vision, and provide a personalized proposal.
