Mansion 1886 ("Mansion 1886," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. Planning an event means sharing personal details with us, and we take that seriously.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through mansion1886.com (the "Site"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to the Site and to inquiries you send us through it. It does not apply to third-party websites we link to.

By using the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

We collect information you provide directly, including:

Event inquiry and tour request forms

• Email address
• Phone number
• Event date or preferred dates
• Event type and estimated guest count
• Any message or details you choose to share

Email newsletter signup

• Name and email address

• Your name, contact information, and the contents of your conversation with our chat feature

Direct contact

• Information you include when you email, call, or message us on social media

We do not collect payment information through the Site. Deposits and payments are handled separately through our client portal and payment processor, or by other arrangement described in your rental agreement.

When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically by our web host and any analytics tools we use:

• IP address and approximate general location
• Browser type and device type
• Operating system
• Pages you visit, time spent, and links clicked
• The website or search that referred you to us
• Date and time of your visit

This information is used in aggregate to understand how the Site is performing and how to improve it.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only in these circumstances:

Service providers. We work with trusted third parties who help us run our business, and they receive only the information they need to perform their function. These include our website host, our client portal and proposal system, our email marketing platform, our chat provider, our payment processor, and our analytics providers. They are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing purposes.

Event vendors. With your knowledge, we may share event details with vendors involved in your event — such as caterers, planners, or rental companies — so they can do their jobs.

Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property, or that of others.

Business transfer. If Mansion 1886 is sold, merged, or transferred, your information may be part of the assets transferred. We will take reasonable steps to notify you if this materially changes how your information is handled.

If you opt in to our email list, we will send you occasional updates, event news, and offers from Mansion 1886.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by emailing office@mansion1886.com. We will honor opt-out requests promptly.

Please note that unsubscribing from marketing email does not stop transactional messages about an event you have booked with us — proposals, contracts, invoices, timelines, and day-of coordination.

We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. Our marketing emails identify us as the sender, include our physical address, and provide a working unsubscribe method.

If you provide your mobile number, we may contact you by text about your inquiry or your event. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP or by letting us know directly.

We keep your information only as long as we need it:

• Inquiries that do not become bookings: retained for a reasonable period so we can follow up, then deleted or anonymized
• Booked events: retained as long as needed to service the event and afterward as required for business, tax, insurance, and legal recordkeeping
• Email subscribers: retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you
• Analytics data: retained per the retention settings of the analytics tools we use

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including secure hosting, limited staff access, and reputable third-party platforms.

That said, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you share information with us at your own risk. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

You may:

• Ask what we have. Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct it. Ask us to update information that is inaccurate or out of date.
• Ask us to delete it. Request deletion of your personal information, subject to information we must keep for legal, tax, or contractual reasons.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at office@mansion1886.com and we will delete it.

The Site links to third-party websites and social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and our Google Business Profile. When you follow those links or interact with embedded content, the third party's privacy policy applies — not ours. We are not responsible for their practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.

Mansion 1886 may photograph or record events at the venue for marketing purposes, subject to the terms of the applicable rental agreement. If you would like an image of you removed from our website or social media, contact us at office@mansion1886.com.

14. Mobile Information 

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.” 

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Material changes may also be announced on the Site. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
