Welcome to mansion1886.com (the "Site"). This Site is owned and operated by Mansion 1886 ("Mansion 1886," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 904 E Main St, New Albany, IN 47150.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes take effect when posted, and the "Last Updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

The Site is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 and legally able to enter into these Terms. The Site is intended for users located in the United States.

The Site allows you to submit an inquiry, request a tour, or otherwise contact us about hosting an event at Mansion 1886.

Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date and does not create a booking. No date is held and no event is confirmed unless and until:

1. You have received a written proposal from Mansion 1886, and
2. You have signed a venue rental agreement, and
3. You have paid any deposit required by that agreement.

The signed venue rental agreement governs your event. Any information on this Site — including descriptions of spaces, packages, inclusions, availability, and pricing — is provided for general informational purposes and is subject to change without notice. If anything on the Site conflicts with your signed rental agreement, the signed agreement controls.

We reserve the right to decline any inquiry or booking request at our discretion, consistent with applicable law.

Pricing, packages, and availability shown on the Site are subject to change and may not reflect current offerings. Prices do not include applicable taxes, service charges, or gratuities unless expressly stated. Quoted pricing is only binding when provided in a written proposal issued by Mansion 1886 and is valid only for the period stated in that proposal.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any related systems
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
• Use automated systems — including bots, scrapers, or data-mining tools — to access or collect information from the Site
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content except as permitted in Section 6
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or any other user's use of it
• Harass, abuse, or send inappropriate content through our contact forms or chat feature

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms.

All content on the Site — including text, photography, video, graphics, logos, layout, and design — is the property of Mansion 1886 or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

"Mansion 1886" and associated logos and marks are the property of Mansion 1886. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use in planning or considering an event. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any Site content without our prior written permission.

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please contact us at office@mansion1886.com with a description of the material and your contact information.

The Site may display photographs and video from events held at Mansion 1886, taken by us or by photographers and videographers we work with. If you believe an image of you appears on the Site and you would like it removed, contact us at office@mansion1886.com and we will review the request.

Any content you submit through the Site — including inquiry forms, chat messages, reviews, or testimonials — must be accurate and must not infringe the rights of others.

By submitting content, you grant Mansion 1886 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the venue. We are not obligated to use any submitted content and may remove it at any time.

The Site may offer an automated chat feature to answer common questions and collect inquiry information. Responses may be generated automatically and are provided for general informational purposes only. Information provided through chat is not a quote, a reservation, or a binding commitment, and may not reflect current pricing or availability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MANSION 1886 AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF — OR INABILITY TO USE — THE SITE, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and it does not apply to obligations under a signed venue rental agreement, which are governed by that agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mansion 1886 and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Floyd County, Indiana, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mansion 1886 regarding your use of the Site. They do not replace or modify any signed venue rental agreement.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision.

 Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
